Getting started
GlowKit is designed to be simple. Here's the quickest path to your first result:
- Run a scan. Open GlowKit, tap to scan, and follow the on-screen lighting and framing guide. You can use your camera or import a photo.
- Read your GlowScore. You'll get a useful score right away. Pro unlocks the full routine, product guide, history and before/after.
- Re-scan over time. Scanning under similar lighting gives the most consistent trend. Weekly is a good rhythm for most people.
Tips for better scans
- Use soft, even, front-facing light — natural daylight works well.
- Remove glasses and pull hair back from your face.
- Hold the phone at eye level and keep your whole face in frame.
- Try to scan at a similar time of day for the most comparable results.
Subscriptions, trial & restore
- Plans. Pro is available weekly ($4.99), annually ($29.99 with a 3-day free trial), or as a one-time lifetime purchase ($59.99). Prices may vary by region.
- Free trial. The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you don't cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid annual subscription.
- Cancel any time. Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. You keep Pro until the end of the current period.
- Restore purchases. New device, or reinstalled the app? Open GlowKit and tap “Restore purchases” while signed in to the same Apple ID.
- Billing & refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple. For refunds, contact Apple Support; email us if you'd like help.
Privacy & your data
- What happens to my photo? It's sent securely for analysis, then deleted. We don't keep source photos on our servers, sell them, advertise with them, or use them to train AI.
- Delete my history. You can delete your scan history any time from within the App.
- Data requests. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email turhan@teddyapplabs.com.

Troubleshooting
- “Scan failed” or low quality. Try brighter, more even lighting and make sure your whole face is in frame, then scan again.
- Pro features locked after paying. Tap “Restore purchases” while signed in to the Apple ID you bought with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with the date of purchase.
- Results look different than last time. Lighting and angle affect outputs. Scan under similar conditions for the most comparable trend.
